• After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email on
the email address provided when placing the order.
• To secure your online payments , we have entrusted Payfast as a
payment gateway. Which processes ,enables easy, secure and instant
transfer of money between online buyers and sellers. Payfast offers a
variety of payment methods: Visa and Mastercard credit cards, cheque
cards and debit cards, Instant EFT (via Internet Banking), Mobicred,
Masterpass, SCode, RCS Store Cards, SnapScan, Zapper.
• Shipping/tracking/waybill number will be emailed to you within 24-48
hours from the time of purchase
• No order fulfilment will take place without the full payment of the
order.
• No cash on delivery options available
• Please note that shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping
method chose by the customer/buyer
• Order fulfilment takes place after 48 hours from the time of purchase
• Should there be a delay in the delivery of your package/order ( due to
unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified via the email

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation request can be done within 48
hours from the time of purchase.
• No cancellation request done after 48 hours will
be processed, as shipping would have already
taken place.
• Refund on cancellation requests will be
processed within 3-7 working days depending on
how quickly your bank can process it.
Returns Policy
• We only accept exchanges, no returns
• Returns will only be accepted provided there is a factory fault on the
garments/clothes

• Exchanges will be accepted on items of the same value/amount
• No refunds or exchanges on sale items
• Refund/replacement will be processed in an event that the shipping
company lost the package in transit, due to some unforeseen circumstances
• Refunds will be processed for cancellations requested within 48 hours from
the time of purchase.
• Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the garment is unused and
still in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase should be provided for us to process any exchange/
return
• On Edge Apparel will not be responsible for shipping of the returns/
exchanges, it remains the responsibility of the customer to cover the
shipping costs.
